Visit to Sheikh Zayed Mosque

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center (SZGMC) was established by decree number 18, year 2008
issued by HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of UAE, Minister of
Presidential Affairs, in 2008. According to the decree, the SZGMC aims to:

​

  • Emphasize on the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s noble deeds and contributions to humanity, in a way that commemorates his legacy and memory.

  • Cooperating with research centers as well as religious, educational, and cultural institutions

  • Enhance cross cultural communication and introduce the Center as a cultural tourism destination.

​The free cultural tours organized by the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center are educational, cultural, and interactive, making it one of the most popular cultural activities for all age groups.

​

During your tour, you will learn about the mosque's cultural role in promoting coexistence and tolerance, and the history of its construction. Besides, exploring the various elements of Islamic art, culture, and architecture manifested in every detail of its unique architecture.


It is something that you do not want to miss when visiting UAE.

Visit to Abu Dhabi Global Market

Our next stop will be in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). It is an award winning international financial centre located in Al Maryah Island and consists of three independent authorities the Registration Authority (RA), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and ADGM Courts.

As offices are closed during the weekend, a chance to visit the area is included in the trip.

​

A break for lunch will follow. We have chosen an Arabic restaurant to give you a flair of the Middle East and the Arabic cuisines.

The trip will end by a short tour to the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi. You may have visited Louvre in
Paris, France, yet the unique artistic and innovative touch that the structure has in Abu Dhabi, created of a place an amazing charm that you will discover when visiting.

Trip Details

Saturday March 11 th , 2023:
Meeting point at 8:00 a.m. in the lobby of JW Marriott in Dubai from where we will catch the bus to Abu Dhabi.
 

Payment Terms – Package Price Per Person
Transportation & Lunch = AED 320 (5% VAT to be included where applicable).

 

Upon confirmation by mail, we will share payment terms.


General Admission to the Louver Abu Dhabi = 63 AED (including VAT) that you will pay directly on site.


This trip is independent, and it is not part of IPBA Dubai 2023 registration and agenda.
